The wisdom and inner awareness regarding how to come back home to mental health is with-in each and every one of us. Our minds and lives can reset. Many people see past these traumatic events finding joy and an excitement for life again. This has been my life’s greatest challenge, and now, my greatest gift.
I challenge you to open your minds, your very lives, to once again find that place with-in that has an excitement for life. The place in each and every one of us filled with wisdom and a resiliency to overcome situations that before seem to baffle us. To find acceptance, and to see past the memories we hold so dear that eat away at our lives. To live the life we were meant to have, not the one created to simply survive in a toxic world of negative thinking or abuse. To simply be who you were meant to be all along, free of the emotional baggage we seem to hold on to as if its our identity, or better yet, our family inheritance passed down from one generation to another.
I wish to thank you for taking the time to visit with me. Take a moment to view the many client testimonials, as well as the reviews from those who have read my book(s), or have attended one of my many classes or seminars. You have the ability to bounce back, to find acceptance and to move on with your life. Sometimes however, it helps to have someone walk with us who knows the way back home. I look forward to walking with you.
In love and friendship...

One of the greatest gifts we can offer another person is our time. A gift we forget that is more precious than gold, or any other tangible item many seem to place so-much value upon.
As the founder of two violence prevention organizations, author, and speaker, I have been asked to share my life with so-many other people. People, who suffer from depression, fear, as well as those who have experienced situations in their lives that even today may wonder how they ever survived.
Domestic violence, rape, suicide, molestation, abandonment, as well as a host of other emotional and physical problems have been experienced by so-many others in this journey called life. Some come through the experience with a sense of purpose in their lives, yet others seem to never recover.
It is this very phenomenon that I have spent a life-time researching. I myself have not only been the cause of, but have also experienced situations that even today I wonder how I ever survived.
Yet today my life is so very different than before.
